Information and offers
This website describes Contech’s PEC services. A form submission is a request without obligation. Availability, features, activation conditions and contractual documents are clarified before any agreement. All stated prices exclude VAT.
Your request and your data
The controller is Contech IS GmbH at the contact details above. We use your contact information, preferred plan and message to respond to your enquiry and prepare a possible contract. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; technical website security relies on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Your request is sent to Contech by email and saved for processing in protected text files on the server, outside the publicly accessible website directory. Hosting and email providers may process data as part of their technical tasks. Information is kept only as long as needed to handle the request, any resulting contract and legal retention obligations. It is not used for advertising without an appropriate legal basis.
You may request access, rectification, erasure and restriction, and exercise rights to portability and objection where applicable. Consent can be withdrawn for the future. Contact info@contech.it. You may also complain to the competent supervisory authority, in particular Italy’s Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
Cloudflare Turnstile
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile. It loads only when you activate it in the form. Cloudflare processes technical connection and browser data to prevent automated requests. A submission is sent only after successful server-side verification. You can alternatively contact us by phone or email.

Google Maps only with permission
You can explicitly activate Google Maps on the contact page. No map, Google preview image or map script loads beforehand. Once activated, Google receives information including your IP address and browser details; processing outside the EU is possible.
Map permission is separate from general cookie preferences. It is stored for 182 days and can be withdrawn using the button beside the map. Loading the optional map relies on consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. More information: https://policies.google.com/privacy
